A Montgomery County grand jury re-indicted a Pasadena man on first-degree felony aggravated robbery stemming from a June 3, 2008 incident.

Ryan M. Linkous, 22, was initially indicted in September 2008 for the alleged robbery. According to his re-indictment Tuesday, Linkous, "while in the course of committing theft of property ... did cause serious bodily injury to Jeremy Sherman by striking him in the face with a firearm or the defendant's hand."
