ANGLETON - A judge suppressed some statements made by a man accused of killing a Pearland woman, on the grounds police should have warned the man about his rights again.

Saying police did some investigation between two separate interviews with Nicholas-Michael Jean, 22, District Judge Pat Sebesta said they should have read him his rights before the second recorded interview.
