KATY, TX - As a result of an anonymous tip called into Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers, Fort Bend County Detectives have arrested 25 year old Mishawn Montrey Nelson and 20 year old John Lance Courtney in connection with the Robbery that occurred on November 5, 2009 in the 1500 block of State Highway 99 in Katy. 

With the information provided by an anonymous tipster, as well as, investigative leads Detectives positively identified both robbers and were able to obtain an arrest warrant signed by Justice of the Peace, Precinct Three, Ken Cannata. 

With the warrants in hand, Detectives along with the Fort Bend County Fugitive Apprehension Unit apprehended both persons in the 23400 block of W. Fernhurst, Katy, at approximately 8:00 a.m. this morning. 

Nelson and Courtney are now incarcerated in the Fort Bend County Jail and charged with Robbery, $35,000 Bond.  If convicted, they could receive 2 to 20 years in jail and/or up to a $10,000.00 fine.
