Incumbent Milan Miller faces two challengers in the Republican race for Precinct 1, Place 2 justice of the peace - Brazoria real estate developer Jon Quick and Oyster Creek contractor Justin Mills.

The position pays a base salary of $73,400 a year and has a four-year term. The winner of the March 2 primary will be unopposed in the November general election.
