WEBSTER - A month ago a store clerk in Webster.Thanh Huu Pham,  was shot and killed during a robbery and today police have made an arrest. 

The suspect is only 15-years old and had been considered a person-of-interest in the murder which happened on November 29th. 
Police say the teenager closely resembles the police composite sketch.

The teen was arrested at the Harris County Juvenile detention Center where he was being held on an Aggravated Assault charge in another case.

He is now charged with Capital Murder.
